So...Cold IPA's Are the Latest Trend In the Neverending Chase to Create That "Perfect IPA". Our Cold IPA is Brewed with Citra & Mosaic Hops & The Same Grist You'd Find in a Hazy New England IPA, but Brewed with Lager Yeast at Higher Temperatures. We're Still Not Sure the Reasoning Behind This Newest Style of IPA, But We're Nonetheless Excited to Try This New Style & Hope You Are Too. Cheers!
