Baltic Porter has evolved along its own path from its origins in the British Porter style. Although a porter, it is brewed as a lager, making it an extremely rare style in Japan. Fermented slowly at low temperature, and further matured near freezing, Heihachiro combines a clean lager profile with chocolate, caramel and dark-fruit malt notes. Savor the rich aromas and flavors imparted by time.
