After more than 500 years, we are finally starting to break the code of Incan Quipu, once thought to be a complex record-keeping system consisting of different knots on strings. Archaeologists are now finding that these Talking Knots may also tell stories, record events and hold more secrets than previously known. In the vein of such complexity we bring you our own Talking Knots, a new-school IPA hopped with Citra, Pacific Jade, and Simcoe. Pungent and dank with notes of wine grapes, sugared grapefruit, peach skins and wet straw, this is one with which to sit back, sip down and ponder our own secret complexities.
