Fields Forever is a thoughtful blend of two year old foeder aged sour beer and freshly brewed Belgian style witbier. The blend was then conditioned on fresh squeezed oranges and lemons until deemed ready for bottling. The result is a smooth, easy drinker with notes of citrus and fields of wheat and hay. A slightest touch of tartness and nuanced funk imparts a pleasing complexity that will have you wanting more after each sip.
