Listen Closely

Описание

Beer is ever-evolving. The sheer number of brewers brewing means there is more experimentation and boundary pushing than ever, and if you really pay attention, you can discover some beautifully nuanced liquids being produced. Listen Closely is brewed like an IPA with Pilsner malt, malted oats, flaked oats, and flaked rice, then well-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Topaz, and Motueka. The twist here is that it is fermented with a lager yeast strain! We experience softness and increasing dank from from start to finish, along with notes of subtle peach skin, cold-pressed mango juice, and orange blossoms. Please enjoy, and Listen Closely...
