We wanted to try something new and play off the fruity, white pepper phenols of the saison yeast, so we added organic white pepper from India and organic black lime (dried lime with citrusy, earthy, and fermented flavors) from Oman. What resulted was a golden straw-colored delight bursting with aromas of lime zest, bubblegum, and fruit cocktail. Tastes of rich citrus, subtle pepper, and bready malt interfuse with an effervescent body and dry finish. Collaboration with TapRoom Beer Co.
