Ethereal #004 - Dortmunder Pseudo-Lager

Описание

It’s good to get back to some “classics” that are often overlooked for newer, more exciting styles. Leaning into a high mineral water profile, a simple yet complex malt bill, and some classic continental hops this one does its best to stay true to style. Well, I guess that’s a bit of a fib since there is a touch of innovation with one of our favourite yeast strains KRISPY. Regardless, expect the same clean crisp flavours that one expects from our Ethereal series. #BringFlavourBack #NotYourDadsLager
