An epic collaboration with One Drop Brewing Co. Initially planned as a hazy DIPA, but way too much effort was put into the brewday that we upgraded into TIPA territory.A modified version of One Drop’s signature dry-hopping process was employed to deliver ultra precise hop flavours - featuring 3 brand new hop products never before used in the Alive repertoire.Hand selected Motueka from Eggers Farm, Peacharine from Freestyle Farms and Nelson Sauvin Subzero Hopkief were air freighted to us from One Drop for this insane beer. The result is a huge and creamy mouthfeel alongside unique flavours such as apricot, lime, mangoes, guava and peaches.
