We are delighted to present KEEP, our first barrel aged offering. Keep started as a huge imperial stout that we laid down in a blend of Weller Bourbon and Heaven Hill Rye barrels for eighteen months. Unadjuncted yet complex, Keep is the result of intentionality and patience.
