Say hallo to our second collaboration with Weltenburger Kloster, the world’s oldest monastery brewery. This year, we decided to brew a traditional, German-style, Reinheitsgebot-approved Helles Bock—a strong, pale lager with a light toasty malt flavor and spicy, peppery hop aroma from German-grown Perle and Hersbrucker hops.
