An explicit and complex beer that is made with local Pilsner malt from Jæren Korn og Malt plus traditionally floor-malted caramel malt from Warminster in the UK plus hand foraged elderflowers from Jelsa & an intoxicating rare pink elderflower Brimse Gård. Strong and smooth with notes of honey, caramel, toffee and elder flower. Guaranteed to get you on the dancefloor or keep you cosy by the fireplace.
