A class act, this still cider is made from Dabinett apples aged in barrels that come from the prestigious right bank of Bordeaux’s wine-growing area (whilst we’re not allowed to know their precise provenance these are classic St.Emilion or Pomerol puncheons, 500 litre oak casks).With an appealing 7.4% alcohol, it’s great to share over lunch. Bottle conditioned with no added sulphates.A collaboration between Cider Is Wine, awareness leader Wrestling Demons, and cidery Little Pomona, we wanted to open up the conversation and ask people from all walks of life and professions: “What does it mean to be different?”
