Love Stout

Nothing says true love like brewing an excellent stout for your boo. Goose Island lab tech Noelanni did just that. She recently got married and brewed her husband’s favorite style for their wedding, a traditional dry Irish stout. Light and roasty with a medium body, and of course a healthy addition of some L-O-V-E. Congrats Noelanni and Jay!
