This cloudy wheat beer style has been unfiltered since before it was trendy. Fruity citrus esters with complex herbaceousness and background peppery notes courtesy of Sid Sahrawat's spice blend. Light creaminess from the malted wheat and finishes dry and just a tiny bit bitter. This may just be the perfect accompaniment to our favourite progressive Indian cuisine.
