Gin Pear, named for its aromatic elderflower and juniper notes, ripens late in the season and provides a perry with a hint of sweetness that is balanced with delicate astringency. 2019 was a year marked by low sunshine, which resulted in this rather drinkable 4.0% pure juice perry.
