A dry and refreshing wheat beer with a Belgian yeast strain, a hoppy profile, and subtle spice - light banana, bubblegum, and clove from the yeast strain with Motueka and HORT9909. Brewed to be as pale as possible, which with haze from the beer gives an almost ‘white’ appearance (hence its name, Wit, which is Flemish for white). A dry finish and moderate bitterness for the style makes sure the beer is super refreshing.
