Part 2 of collaboration with Hilltop Hops this SMASH (Single Malt Single Hop) cold ferment Ale uses a new experimental lupulin extraction process using super chilled H20 to remove the green matter and concentrate the brewers 'gold' (Lupulin powder) from the freshly harvested local hops.
