Bourbon Braam Taybes

This mead is a Bourbon variant of Braam Taybes. The Braam Taybes mead has been aged for 14 months on Bourbon soaked American oak blocks. This mead is made with hand-picked Blackberries and Tayberries from our farm. The honey comes from my parents farm. The fruit juice was extracted by using a steam pan. In the second stage, reduced juice was added using Cryo technique. Maple was added for an extra layer of flavor.
