Fresh Hopped West Coast IPAWe took our standard, modern West Coast IPA recipe and added heaps of freshly picked Strata in the whirlpool, then dry hopped it in 2 stages with Citra and Columbus Cryo, followed by more Strata fresh hops in the form of Crosby CGX NUVO.
