Meteor Showers

Описание

Meteor Showers is a mixed culture farmhouse style saison brewed with pilsner malt, white wheat and spelt berries. This wild ale went through a two month maceration on 9.2 pounds per gallon of Door County Balaton cherries. Intense flavors of tart cherry, cinnamon, almond tartlets, with mild bitterness and soft tannic structure. Pair this bottle with pan seared duck breast, Camembert or an early 2000 rom-com.
