Dwarf NEIPA

Описание

Collaboration with visual artist Eva Rotreklová. Dwarf is a NEIPA built on Mosaic, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin hops. Flavors are dominated by notes of mango, peach, mandarins, complemented by subtle hints of vanilla. For the first time, we've also utilized non-fermenting ISY Enhance™ yeast, reducing hop bitterness and enhancing the body, flavor, and drinkability of the beer.---Spolupráce s vizuální umělkyní Evou Rotreklovou. Dwarf je NEIPA postavená na chmelech Mosaic, Citra a Nelson Sauvin. V chuti převládají tóny manga, broskví, mandarinek doplněné o jemné tóny vanilky. Poprvé jsme použili i neaktivní kvasinky ISY Enhance™, které snižují chmelovou trpkost a zvyšují tělnatost, chuť a pitelnost piva.
