Notes de la brasserie: Au nez, on retrouve des céréales fraîches, accompagnées de notes herbacées des houblons. Le corps de la bière est mince, bien gazéifié. En bouche, les céréales sont plus présentes, apportant des notes de pain frais, puis le côté herbacé et citronné des houblons viennent finir la gorgée. La finale est sèche, accentuée par l'amertume résiduelle.- - - - -Brewery notes: On the nose, we find fresh cereals, accompanied by herbaceous notes from the hops. The body of the beer is thin, well carbonated. On the palate, the cereals are more present, bringing notes of fresh bread, then the herbaceous and lemony side of the hops close things out. The finish is dry, accentuated by residual bitterness.
