The Vanilla Bean Situation

Last week we bottled a 60 gallon batch of Vanilla Threads 2023 infused on a full pound of super-rare Cook Islands vanilla beans. It seemed like a waste to just dump that much "lightly used" vanilla... so we reinfused it with 15 gallons of vintage oatmeal imperial stout! The result is a rich stout with notes of cotton candy, creamy cocoa, and whipped cream!
