We invited our comrades at Heaney Brewery to venture over the hill from Bellaghy to Muff earlier this year. We decided on a full bodied farmhouse saison style, brewed with pale, Vienna, crystal malt and big ol bag of flaked maize.A small portion has been kegged young for your immediate enjoyment, while the remainder rests in Medoc Burgundy oak wine barrels with a blend of our house mixed culture and some goodies from Flanders.
