Описание

The first fill of our 4 roses barrel - a 6.5% imperial dark mild. We chose this style to compliment the contribution from the barrel without overwhelming it. This beer is all about showcasing the flavours resident within the barrel. The 4 roses distillery mark all their barrels with a code to indicate what was in the barrel:O - Location (Four Roses Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky)E - Mash bill (75% Corn, 20% Rye and 5% Malted Barley)S - Straight whiskeyV - Yeast strain (Light Fruitiness, Light Vanilla, Caramel and Creamy).
