Some say one should never mix the grain and the grape...we don't however. So when Renzo from Pasquale winery, Kurow, gave us some of his Pinot Noir, we knew just what to do with it. Dieu Noir is a 50/50 splice of our quadrupel, Dark Lord, with Black Star's dark purple wine. A heady brew, it took time to mature and so it should be savoured slowly.
