You go to sleep thinking about everything at the same time. It's hard to sleep, it's hard to wake up.And there is that Ikea wardrobe you've been meaning to assemble, that you keep pushing down your list of priorities, because there is also that business plan you started working on that itself got pushed aside because your parents are in town and you have to give them time while still caring just enough about work to not be kicked out.it's hard to find the mental space to deal with everything.This beer is for those days, a reminder of the importance to take breaks, to be patient, to breathe, to work out, to feel the feelings and let them pass. Eventually everything will be just fine.
