Of the Bine: Strata

Описание

Our "Of the Bine" series of Ciders is where we play with the incredible diversity of the Hop. This time around we feature the singular, and impressive Strata! Bred in Oregon and released in 2009, Strata brings strong notes of tropical fruits, Passion Fruit, and Sage, with a touch of underlying Citrus. We did a singular and hefty dry hop after a rest on Oats, and the result is a beautifully fruity and fluffy Cider bringing those flavors that Strata is known for. Enjoy!
