Our Singularity Series is an example of what a barrel can do to a beer over an extended period of time. There are no treatments or adjuncts, just an expression of the single barrel and base beer.Singularity: ER10 was aged in a 10 year Eagle Rare barrel given to us by Holy Water in San Francisco, CA for 22 months.
