We are bringing you a dream come true: a West Coast triple IPA with a hop bouquet plus rice. Australian Galaxy hops along with Citra, Simcoe, and Horizon hops from the PNW create resinous notes along with flavors of cantaloupe, papaya, and dried apricot. The addition of flaked rice to the mash makes this high-ABV IPA uncharacteristically crisp, clean, and dry. Like its Japanese namesake, Yume drinks like a dream.
