▶Stone of Yearning – Orange Sour Ale▶In 2017, we brewed four special sour beer with young Taiwanese artist XieChin. To us, sour beer is like ancient gem with countless possibilities and personalities – mysterious, furious, peaceful, introvert. Therefore, we decided to name each of these four sour beer after an ancient gemstone to connect us with our land and culture. Join us on this majestic journey of discovering the power of the sour.▶“Stone of Yearning” represents topaz gemstone (also called “yellow jade” in Chinese). Our ancient ancestors believed topaz will bring everlasting love, caring, and fidelity to our family and friendship.▶Taiwan has been famous for the rich varieties of fruit grown here, and oranges have always been the local favorite. When brewing “Stone of Yearning,” we use loads of sweet oranges to create a hazy, juicy and crisp sour ale. This beer is so tasty and you will begin to yearn for someone you would like to share the beer with. Why wait?
