ORIGIN STORYAfter being inspired by some of 2012'a amazing Fresh Hop Brews, Zak decided it was time for Cassels & Sons to get into it.After arriving in Motueka the boys were treated to a tour of of the Hop Farm and facilities. They then had the opportunity to collect some Fresh Hops. Wanting to keep this brew as fresh as possible Zak & Chris loaded up the car and got back on the road for the 7 hour return trip to Woolston (Hotboxing with fresh hops the whole way!)Back at Cassels & Sons Brewery Eli, Robbie & Dave had been hard at it preparing what they could and eagerly awaiting their delivery of Fresh Hops. As soon as Zak and Chris arrived back the brewers lovingly added the Fresh Hops to the awaiting boil… double, triple and quadruple checking all of their calculations and measurements pampering the bubbling elixir.
