A few months ago we introduced you to "Aotearoa", a NZ Pils inspired by the Polynesian Maori culture and of course full of flavor and aromas from the New Zealand "Rakau" hop.It is with great pleasure that we present to you today our new recipe, "Riwaka" Pale Ale.Riwaka" formerly known as "D Saaz" hops is a product of the HortResearch New Zealand Hops "hops with a difference" program and was officially released to the brewing world in 1997. We distinguish strong notes of grapefruit and kumquat but also a mild pleasant bitterness .
