The 6th anniversary beer from 끽비어컴퍼니 is a New England-style IPA crafted with six types of grains, six different hops, and a blend of six different yeasts.The blended yeast, cultured by the BioCraft yeast lab, adds layers of flavor and aroma through the production of a variety of esters during fermentation. The six carefully selected malts, chosen to complement the diverse hop and yeast aromas, impart a light orange hue and a sweet, honey-like quality that harmonizes deliciously with the other flavors.
