This beer is a modern West Coast IPA, with a malt base kept fairly simple consisting of pilsner malt and surplus bread to allow the hops to shine. The chosen hops are a combination of the classic Citra and two New Zealand super hops: Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron. These hops impart a dominant and delicious tropical fruit character, unlike the more old-school West Coast IPAs that have distinct piney notes. “Resurrection Loop” is relatively dry, making it dangerously drinkable and crisp. The whole experience is rounded off with a fresh and bitter hop bite.“Resurrection Loop” is a beer brewed in collaboration with the organic brewery BRØL. The name is celebrates the rebirth and reentry of all things into the cosmos.
