Pear Porridge

Inspired by the delicious pear porridge one our Brewers prepares for his daughter, Pear Porridge is a light Pale ale with heaps of oaty goodness, lightly hopped with Calypso and smashed with pear. Pears in the boil, pear juice added during ferment and caramelised pear added during maturation.
