Barrel Aged Churro Puffs

While tasting through barrels recently, we tried a stout aging in Blanton's barrels that offered an amazing cinnamon-almond spice note. Warming and flavorful, we looked for ways to enhance our findings, and a barrel aged version of Churro Puffs immediately came to mind. After 30 months in oak, we set out to make an adult liquid version of the churro we all love by adding toasted almond marshmallow, and cinnamon adjunct treatment.
