Inspired by good customer & friend Haley Blackadder, this is the third & biggest in our trilogy of Traditional Scotch Ales brewed with a cunning twist. We used Scottish Barley & infused the wort with Heather Tips (the traditional method before hops), darkened with Candi Syrup & then spiced with a wee dram of Octomore Peated Whisky. A very strong, elegant & sassy ale, a fitting tribute to a lovely lady.
