Collab w/ Gilly's Craft Beer & Fine Wine for Celebrew 2023: Gilly's 15th AnniversaryWe made this barrel select with our Rockville, MD friends at Gilly's. We selected a barrel of imperial stout aged for 19 months and then gave it additional conditioning time on vanilla and Cloud Cover Coffee Pacayal La Torre Edgar Carillo coffee from Honduras.
