This is our collaboration with the good people at Bluestone Brewing.We decided to brew a hazy pale ale using some new ingredients and techniques that give us the potential to unlock even more fruity flavours and aroma in our 'Hazys'.Using a new yeast strain capable of releasing bound thiols, highly aromatic compounds that our usual yeast strains can't access, and some new techniques and processes to complement this.The result is a beer bursting with an intense sharp grapefruit citrus and stone fruit aroma that we've not experienced before.
