McClure's Pickle Gose

Aromas of brine and pickle skins. Deliciously textured flavour with layers of soft malt and fresh wheat and salt. The finish is dominated by tangy lactic goodness with a lingering acetic bite. Especially brewed for the McClure’s Pickle Party, a celebration of all things pickle. The addition of 20L of the spicy spear pickle juice produces an excellent Gose, salty, fruity with a choice acidity.
