A super fresh and crisp IPA full of piney and fruity hop flavors made with some of the classics - Centennial, Cascade and Citra and cold fermented to let the hops fully shine.Brewer's Notes: made especially for founder and brewer Alex's 46th birthday, we went with a modern West Coast IPA, replacing more traditional caramel malts with rye to enhance the crisp, dry character.
