This is the flipside of our other Triple IPA, Forget to Remember. Remember to Forget has a thick and creamy malt profile to balance the ABV and huge dry-hop additions. RtF uses the same hops as its sister beer (a blend of New Zealand and Mosaic hops), but in different ratios to produce a completely different aroma and flavor profile. But who can remember anyway...
