Big Shed’s turn to have a crack at this emerging style, but instead of starting with a clean slate we decided to tweak the beloved Californicator and see what lager yeast would do to our WCIPA.The result is a very drinkable big lager which carries all the hop characteristics of our OG Cali but with slightly restrained yeast expression and bitterness. The bears have been spotted on vacation, time they got back on the job!
