Sun Fury

Sun Fury - New Zealand (not so hazy) Hazy Double IPAWe are loving our seasonal pale ale “Solar Eclipse” so much that we thought it deserved the double IPA treatment into “Sun Fury”. Sun Fury shares the same malt variates and hops but dialled up to 11 to produce a luscious, NZ double IPA sitting in at 8.6% ABV. Nectaron, Superdelic and Nelson Sauvin hops provide that fruit salad flavour and aroma we have come to love and pair perfectly with the sweetness of the higher-ABV. We have also brewed this beer with fresh local yeast from Ferveo to attain the utmost quality in this brew.
