American Pale Ale with Amarillo, Chinook, Citra, Simcoe, and Yakima Chief R&D Cryo Hop.Regarding the Wolf is our newest core beer, and our attempt to recreate a classic American Pale Ale profile with some new hop varietals and products. Brewed with Pilsner malt, Munich malt, and a touch of Honey malt, then hopped aggressively throughout the boil and whirlpool with Citra before fermenting with a classic, clean American Ale strain and dry hopping with Chinook, Amarillo, Citra and a fun new trial product version of Yakima Chief’s Cryo Hop™️. Expect a full mouthfeel while still drinking very dry, layered bitterness and dank aromatics of stonefruit and fresh cut grass.
