Queen of Diamonds is inspired by our love of the Belgian brewing tradition, and also cats. W/ a simple base of ale malt & a touch of biscuit malt & the addition of coriander seeds, candied ginger, and orange peel. The flavour & aroma comes from the interaction w/ these ingredients, & a special blend of Belle Saison & Abbaye. Pepper, spice, clove & a super dry finish makes this a wonderful food friendly beverage.
