Radiating from the glass as a strikingly bright mid gold with a fine white crown of foam this Bohemian style pils is a worthy treat as we head into the home stretch for 2023. Being a ‘Fest’ pils, this beer has just a little bit more of everything. Lightly dry hopped with Spalter, Loral and Riwaka hops for a spicy, noble accent we get delicate lemon lime citrus with a snap of white pepper and an elegant floral grassy flourish that invokes a breezy alpine meadow on a warm spring day. A moderately elevated ABV thanks to a generous rounded malt structure and gorgeous mouthfeel leads into a balancing refined peppery bitterness with a satisfying lingering finish.
