Remember the Hop Hanker, our 3th member of the family?Well If you take a closer look at the family treeAs the smartest among you will already have figured out by it's name; this beer is our secend member of the Hop Hanker family.As we used Belgium grown sorachi ace in the previous beer, in this one we went for the Belgian grown dual purpose Marynka.I couldn't get hold of a lot of information about this one and because I had never used it before,I couldn't really tell how this beer was going to turn out.But to make this experiment (with 6 single hop beers) work well, we need to work with the lowest number of variables, so the amounts of hop and boiling times are identical to the sorachi ace version.So we made sure you could compare them to each other.See for yourselves and have a try!
