A relatively light colored IPA with high-medium bitterness and a strong aromatic presence of Centennial hops added both during whirlpool on the hot side and also during dry-hop. The hop we chose to use this time is Centennial - a classic American variety characterized by citrus, floral aroma and somewhat woody background notes.
